Cessnock City Council e-Services Portal

Cessnock City Council is committed to providing residents and visitors with more accessible and convenient ways to conduct business. The e-Services portal allows customers to connect with Council and make requests online.

To make a customer request please select Customer Request under 'Menu', located on the left hand side of the page. This will provide you with a number of options including;

  • Network Access Request
  • Waste Services
  • Roads and Recreation

If you're not sure what category your request falls under please use our 'Category Search' function.

After you have selected a category and filled out the relevant request form please press submit. Cessnock City Council will process your request and it will be addressed at the earliest opportunity.

The Online e-Services portal also allows for customers to apply for certificates. For more information select 'Online Certificates' under 'Menu', located on the left hand side of the page.

Please remember this service should only be used for non-urgent requests. Urgent problems should be reported to Council on (02) 4993 4100 or by dropping in to the Council Administration Building at 62-78 Vincent Street, Cessnock. Council's after hours emergency contact number is (02) 4993 4100.
