Linking your Online Services Account

To link your online services account to your existing Council records you will need to provide copies of two documents for proof of identity. Of these two documents, at least one must be a Photo Identification.

Personal - Rate payer
Rates Notice (must provide)	Which is less than 12 months old and in your name
Photo Identification (must provide at least one)	Current Australian Drivers Licence Australian government Issued Photo ID Australian or Foreign Passport - Current passport issued with a valid entry stamp or Visa
Personal - Non Rate payer
Photo Identification (must provide)	Current Australian Drivers Licence Australian government Issued Photo ID Australian or Foreign Passport - Current passport issued with a valid entry stamp or Visa
Bank or financial institution card, statement or passbook	Current credit or debit card with your name and signature issued by a bank, building society or credit union. A statement from an active account with your name and address. Foreign banks and institutions are not accepted
Utility Account	Which is less than 12 months old and in your name
Business - Rate payer
Rates Notice (must provide)	Which is less than 12 months old and in the business name
Certificate of Business Registration (must provide)	Current Certificate of Business Registration
Authority to Act on behalf of the business (must provide)	Signed declaration from Company Director or Business Owner
Business - Non Rate payer
Certificate of Business Registration (must provide)	Current Certificate of Business Registration
Authority to Act on behalf of the business (must provide)	Signed declaration from Company Director or Business Owner
Real Estate Use - Authority to Act on behalf of the property owner (must provide)	Signed declaration from the property owner

Photos of documents or scanned documents are suitable as long as all the relevant information is legible in the image.
